Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Soft Silence. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

Soft Silence is an online perfume brand operating exclusively within Pakistan. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Products

All fragrances sold by Soft Silence are genuine and described as accurately as possible. However, fragrance perception may vary from person to person depending on skin type, body chemistry, and environment. We are not responsible for differences in individual scent experience.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
The price at the time of your order confirmation will apply
Delivery charges may apply based on location and are shown at checkout

4. Order placement

Orders can be placed through our official website or social media platforms. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate — we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online bank transfers. Payment must be completed before order dispatch for prepaid orders. Soft Silence reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders.

6. Delivery

We ship across Pakistan only
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances
A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.

8. Limitation of liability

Soft Silence is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website and social media — including the Soft Silence name, logo, product images, and descriptions — is the property of Soft Silence and may not be copied or used without written permission.
