Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene standards, Soft Silence does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Why we have this policy

Fragrances are personal care products. Once a perfume bottle is opened or used, it cannot be resold or reused by another customer. To ensure every Soft Silence customer receives a fresh, untampered product, we maintain a strict no-return, no-exchange policy.

What this means for you

  • No returns will be accepted after delivery under any circumstance
  • No exchanges will be offered for change of mind, fragrance preference, or incorrect selection
  • All sales are considered final once the order has been delivered

Damaged or wrong item received

We take great care in packing every order. However, if you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged or broken during transit
  • Incorrectly sent (wrong product or variant)

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a video of the unopened parcel. We will review your case and, if verified, send a replacement at no extra cost.

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery or without unboxing video evidence will not be entertained.
