We deliver across all cities and towns in Pakistan. We currently do not ship internationally.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online bank transfers (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank transfer). Payment details will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

Yes, but only before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel.

Yes. All Soft Silence fragrances are genuine products. We stand behind the quality of every item we sell.

No. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. All sales are final. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with photo and video proof.
